Where we ship

We ship anywhere in the United States. Our primary warehouse is at 5963 E 14 Mile Rd, Sterling Heights, MI 48312. See locations and pickup for the current public counters.

Dispatch time

In-stock parts leave the warehouse the same or next business day. Business days are Monday through Saturday; all current counters are closed Sunday. Orders placed after hours are picked up the next business morning.

Will-call pickup

Local pickup is welcome at counters marked for pickup on the locations page. The Sterling Heights counter is open Mon–Fri 8–5 · Sat 9–3 · Sun closed. Wait for your order confirmation before you drive out, and bring the order number because pickup stock is tracked by building.

Freight and shipping cost

Heavy-duty body parts — bumpers, hoods, fairings — are oversized, so freight cannot be calculated automatically at checkout. You place the order first; we quote the freight, add it to your order, and it appears on your invoice. Your order total is not final until that freight line is added.

If the freight quote is higher than you expected, call us before the part ships and we will work it out.

Tracking

Once your order ships, the carrier and tracking number are included in the shipping confirmation email. Call us any time for an update.

Inspect your delivery

Freight damage is far easier to resolve when it is caught at the dock. Inspect the shipment before you sign for it, and note any damage on the delivery receipt. If something arrives damaged, call us right away at (586) 960-6443.

Questions on fitment before you ship

Every listing shows the truck family it fits plus OEM and competitor cross-reference numbers. If you are not certain, call (586) 960-6443 with the part number or text us a photo of the old part before it goes out — cheaper for everyone than a return. See also our FAQ.
